30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Stickers & Air Fresheners
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids/gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must meet the same condition requirements listed above.
Refunds
We will inspect returned items and notify you once a refund is approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
